Healthy Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 no Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 no Onion
  • 1 no Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut & Blanch broccoli florets in hot boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a pan, add some butter and saute onion, garlic & blanched broccoli.
  • Cooldown the ingredients and grind them together.
  • Now add the ground mixture to a pan, add water as needed and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add grated cheddar cheese to the boiling mixture.
  • The soup is now ready. A pinch of pepper can be added along with some grated cheese before serving it to your little one.

Notes

  • More veggies like sweet corn, carrots & beans can be added to make it more flavorful.
  • Skip the cheese and saute using olive oil.
