Honey Chilli Brussel Sprouts

This healthy baked snack can be served to toddlers and also can be part of the family meal. Easy to make with very few ingredients, it is a delicious option for a family meal.


  • Brussel Sprouts – 12-15 (chopped to 4 pieces)
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Lime Juice – 2 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp


  1. Wash and cut Brussel sprouts.
  2. Toss in the rest of the ingredients in olive oil.
  3. Add Brussel sprouts and mix well.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake the mixture for 20 minutes till it turns golden in colour.
  5. Mix lime and honey in microwave optionally and this can be added to the baked Brussel Sprouts before serving.
